The Royal Mint introduced Hapi following a direct request from their Employee Engagement Survey in 2020 to provide further wellbeing support and assistance following the COVID-19 pandemic.

A really popular benefit is the tech benefits scheme from Let’s Connect, which enables employees to spread the cost of the latest tech including computers, phones, home entertainment, and fitness wearables.
Employees can make their pay go further with a vast range of high street and online retail employee discounts, as well as money off gym memberships at thousands of gyms across the UK. Everybody likes to save money, and employees have particularly welcomed these financial perks.
The Royal Mint now uploads and releases internal employee communications to every employee via Hapi’s smartphone app. This ensures everyone is kept informed, even those who don’t have day to day access to emails at work.
In addition, the ability to send push notifications encourages regular logins, and can also be used as a quick emergency comms to staff if required in the future.
