The nomination recognises Cadent Gas's innovative use of Personal Group's hapi app, rebranded as 'MyRewards,' as its bespoke employee benefits platform.

The other categories they have been shortlisted for include Best Alignment of Benefits to Business Strategy, Best Financial Wellbeing Strategy - Large Employer, Best Healthcare and Wellbeing Benefits - Large Employer and HR or Benefits Team of the Year.

The objective was to provide a seamless experience with single sign-on accessibility around the clock, across various devices including desktops, tablets, and crucially, mobile phones. In March 2023, the company successfully launched its revamped employee benefits platform on the hapi app.

Cadent Gas's submission for Best Use of Benefits Technology underscores a meticulously planned strategy, innovative deployment, and tangible outcomes. The hapi app not only simplifies benefits administration but also enhances engagement and satisfaction among employees.
