Business Awards UK announces Personal Group as a winner of Best Use of Technology in the Health and Wellbeing Awards.
The awards highlight the exceptional capabilities of Personal Group’s Hapi app ensuring UK businesses are leveraging employee benefits app technology to connect and engage with their employees thereby supporting them with financial, mental, physical and social wellbeing.
Hapi delivers a single environment accessed via single sign on a PC or by using the native App (IOS and Android). Recognising this, Personal Group has worked diligently to alleviate these burdens by promoting engagement with its benefits platform, Hapi app via a team of EEEs. Beyond mere numbers, it has translated into real-world impact, as evidenced by hundreds of heartfelt testimonials from employees and HR professionals.
Through personalised interactions and hands-on guidance, our EEEs have not only boosted platform adoption but have also facilitated access to essential services such as Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Virtual GP consultations. Moreover, by demonstrating the practical benefits of our insurance products, including health coverage, we have empowered employees to safeguard their wellbeing and that of their families.
The success of our approach is reflected in the numbers: with insurance policies written for 34,868 employees and coverage extended to 97,327 customers nationwide. Furthermore, our reach extends far beyond these figures, with over 1.5 million employees benefiting from our platforms and Let’s Connect (technology salary sacrifice) initiatives.
