Personal Group has strengthened its Senior Leadership Team with the appointment of Helen Tinnelly as Chief Commercial Officer. A dynamic commercial leader with over 20 years of experience, Helen specialises in strategy, product development, and digital transformation.

Helen has a proven track record of driving growth through customer-focused innovation and data-driven decision-making. Her career spans multiple industries, from telecommunications to financial services, with standout achievements including:

• Launching BT Sport to the telesales channel
• Spearheading QA’s digital transformation via the acquisition of Cloud Academy
• Leading a $100m transformation for Digicel across 25 markets

Starting her career at Accenture, Helen has since held senior leadership roles at major organisations, shaping large-scale transformation and go-to-market strategies.

As CCO, she will focus on aligning strategy with execution, optimising customer journeys, and driving growth through innovative products, channels, and partnerships.
