Personal Group Holdings acquires QCG

Personal Group Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of reward consultancy, Quintige Consulting Group Limited ("QCG").

QCG was founded in 2000 and has become a leading HR consultancy supporting a wide range of public and private sector organisations. QCG specialises in providing consultancy services across employee experience, reward and recognition, and has a strong pay benchmarking survey practice. Its clients include the British Transport Police, the Confederation of British Industry, Ofcom, The Southbank Centre, Siemens and Yoox Net-a-Porter Group.

The addition of QCG to our group offering means we can now provide our collective client base with comprehensive end-to-end client solutions; pay and reward, engagement, wellbeing, benefits, and comms support. The QCG range of consultancy services complements our existing portfolio and will enable us to enhance the service we deliver through access to their survey data and employee value proposition diagnostics.

Like Innecto, QCG will remain an independent limited company, but their acquisition provides us with the opportunity to collaborate and share our expertise under the Personal Group umbrella.
