Personal Group Shortlisted for Best Customer Experience Award at UK Customer Satisfaction Awards

We are thrilled to announce that Personal Group has been shortlisted for the Best Customer Experience Award at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards. This prestigious event, celebrating excellence in customer service across the UK, will take place on 4 March 2025 at Hilton Park Lane, London, hosted by The Institute of Customer Service.
Personal Group, a leader in employee engagement and wellbeing, partners with UK businesses to improve workforce satisfaction, retention, and productivity. In recent years, our commitment to customer experience (CX) has seen transformative impacts. Customer satisfaction metrics such as Trustpilot ratings have significantly improved to 4.8/5 , indicating a major shift in customer perception and trust in the company. While our Net Promoter Score has risen and seen similar improvements, highlighting growing customer loyalty.
Additionally, Personal Group has been recognised at the Consumer Duty Leadership Awards for our work supporting vulnerable customers. This honour underscores our dedication to inclusivity and empathetic service, ensuring we meet the unique needs of every client.
