We are thrilled to announce that Personal Group, in collaboration with Bath Spa University, has won the prestigious "Best Use of Technology" award at the 2024 Work Savings and Benefits Awards. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to innovative solutions that positively impact employee engagement across the UK. 

Our winning entry showcased the transformative impact of Hapi, at Bath Spa University. Competing in a tough category, the judges were particularly impressed by how Hapi has revolutionised employee engagement at the University. The app has become the platform of choice for numerous educational institutions and public sector organisations, thanks to its user-friendly interface and wide range of features. 

Arlene Stone, HR Director at Bath Spa University, expressed her delight with the win, saying, "We’re so thrilled with the impact Hapi has had on the staff here at BSU. The feedback from our teams has been overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the range of benefits and resources available. The winners were announced during a prestigious black-tie awards ceremony at the Marriott Grosvenor Square on Thursday, 5th September. Representing Personal Group were members of our Account Development team, Omar Malik and Sally Woosey-Ross, who described the evening as "gratifying."
