Personal Group's CEO Deborah Frost took to the REBA Employee Wellbeing Congress 2022 stage to discuss how HR teams can develop wellbeing strategies that are not only complementary to business success but also fundamental to success for the entire organization.

Applying this philosophy in the workplace, employers will recognize the importance of providing their workers with a healthy work environment since their performance can only be maximized when their wellbeing is considered and prioritised.
